Also by The Fox & Hounds jetty, there will be The Basingstoke Canal Society and 26th Odiham (Fleet) Sea Scouts.
Here’s a quick summary!
- Moored beside the towpath will be boats for you to have a look at and maybe meet the owners
- The Basingstoke Canal Society will have lots of information about the Canal – how we can all enjoy it or even volunteer to keep it in tip-top condition for all to enjoy.
- 26th Odiham (Fleet) Sea Scouts who are based in Calthorpe Park will be there to tell you more about how the Sea Scouts enjoy being on the water. They will also be showing their knotting and boating skills by building and paddling rafts from Reading Road wharf to Fox and Hounds canal jetty where they will have some “fun on the water”. Please come along as they would love to see you.
- Paddle boarders, canoe and kayakers paddling past the Fox & Hounds pub throughout the afternoon. They might even inspire you to have a go!

Acoustic Undercovers is an acoustic duo with Juel on vocals and Chas on vocals and acoustic guitar. In an acoustic duo setting our voices complement one another and blend together to provide a variety of song choices and harmonies
The Turn – 2.30 to 5.30**
The Turn play classic rock covers using three-part vocal harmonies, great guitar solos and a tight rhythm section
The Dogends – 5.30 to 8.00**
The Dogends are a fun, lively folk-rock 5-piece band playing everything from Roy Orbison through to Paloma…
Tequila Chase – 8.30 to 11.00**
Tequila Chase are one of the most versatile and experienced trio rock and party bands on the circuit. The band boast a vast catalogue of music that varies from The Beatles to Blink-182, Thin Lizzy to the Foo Fighters and anything in between

Fleet Half Marathon 17th March 2019
We have live music from 3pm til late, the first band is The Dogends playing from 3pm to 6pm then from 6.30pm till late we have Tequila Chase, so come along it’s always a great atmosphere
